Free Custom Shades

We understand the importance of providing a perfect shade match for your patient. The Precision Arts Dental Studio team actually encourages in-lab custom shading, so much so that we offer this at no extra cost.

In order to provide the best shade match to teeth, please check our tips for taking images and submit high quality images to our lab at precisionstudio@sbcglobal.net.

Tips for Best Shading Results

1. Zoom digital camera all the way in to take the patient's photo
2. Use a camera's built-in flash (avoid ring lights and additional lightening if possible)
3. Hold the reference shade guide at an angle to minimize any glare
4. Take several pictures so you can submit the one with the best focus and least amount of glare
